... omg you guys ... the Swedish Chef MUPPET has HUMAN hands and I am thoroughly creeped out.
Mind you, as a child, I never noticed the man hands on the guy -- including what appears to be a wedding ring so I'm assuming that somewhere there's a Mrs. Swedish Chef (or a second Mr. Swedish Chef as I'm pretty sure Sweden is super-progressive that way). But sure enough, on a repeat episode from the last season of 'MasterChef Junior', said Chef and Miss Piggy were both the celebrity guests and that was when I noticed the Franken-muppet effect. A quick google search confirmed what I saw ... AND confirmed that others found the hybrid look as disturbing as I did.
To my surprise, that same google search turned up the fact that, based on the way he speaks, the Swedish Chef is actually Norwegian -- but that's another post for another day ...
