Let's start with the obvious. I do not bleed out my privates on a monthly basis. As such, I don't pretend in any way to have any moral authority when it comes to whether tampons should be a "luxury" item -- and therefore taxed as such. Instead, I just like to present the facts as they are. And the facts here in Florida are that we are maybe on the cutting edge in joining those states that do NOT make a profit on the appearance of the monthly visitor (starting in Jan 2018 anyway).
The so called "luxury" of stopping your flow in a sanitary manner (which heretofore triggered a state sales tax), I'm guessing you will NOT be missed.
