The fact that spiders, if they wanted to, could eat every single one of us.
Lookit -- I am very fond of the creatures I see in the back yard (so long as they remain the smallest size of course), what with all of their bug eating skills. But that being said, I have to admit to being a little skeeved out at the news that the spiders could literally eat all of us and *still* be hungry in the morning.
All I'm saying is let's agree to be friends ... and I'll promise to keep your webs up and running as much as possible so that you don't start wondering how tasty I'd be. Just sayin' ...
