Just in case you missed it, there mixed in with all of the recent celebrity death news was an alert that the last living munchkin from the 'Wizard of Oz' had died.
He *did* make it to the ripe old age of 98, so there's that. Although he allegedly dealt with dementia toward the end, so there's *also* that. And, from the rumors around the set, those little people lived life in the fast lane (one story says that one got stuck in a toilet in a party and had to be saved by Judy herself).
In the words of the Lollipop Guild themselves, "from now on, you'll be history" ... and, of course, you will be missed (but at least some of the Oompa Loompas are still alive).
